Position
Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise in the development of variable compensation programs including incentive plans, retention bonuses and employee recognitionResponsible for design of retention and completion bonuses to retain critical talentConsult on design, review and renewal of annual incentive plansResponsible for evaluating the effectiveness of plan measures in improving business results and recommending plan revisionsParticipate in the design and development of Corporate incentive plans during Boeing's annual compensation reviewParticipate in the design of Boeing's recognition approach to include service awards, spot recognition, cash awards Analyze metrics and consult on effectiveness of incentive and bonus design (incentive and bonus participation, cost commitment, and annual spend)Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation3
years of experience with compensation, incentive design and recognition programs5
years of experience leveraging data analytics' methods to solve complex problemsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Possess one or more of the following Human Resources certifications:
SHRM, PHR, or SPHR2
years of experience with sales incentive plans1
years of experience with the Workday HR Management System3
years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role5
years of experience working with compensation laws and regulations5
years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programsTypical Education &
Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.
g.
Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g.
Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.
)Relocation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
